Mrinal K Das, Sanan Integrated Circuit
Dr. Mrinal K. Das is a globally recognized expert in power semiconductor devices. After receiving dual honors BSEE and BA from The University of Texas – Austin, he pursued graduate research into SiC Power MOSFETs at Purdue University, completing MSEE and PhD degrees. His 18-year tenure at Cree Inc. involved the productization of power device technology and accelerating their adoption into the market. Dr. Das expanded his focus to include gate drivers and controllers during his 3 years at Texas Instruments Kilby Labs. Currently, he provides technical marketing and business development support for Sanan IC’s western customers. Dr. Das has authored 60+ publications, delivered 14 invited presentations, and received 40+ US patents.
