Mike Sun serves as CTO at Advanced Wireless Semiconductor Company (AWSC) . He is currently in charge of defining the technology roadmap for the company and developing next generation compound semiconductor epi and process technologies for wireless and optoelectronic applications. Prior to joining AWSC, Mike was a Technical Director responsible for advanced epi and process development at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Mike has held 8 U.S. patents and he has authored or co-authored over 50 research papers and conference presentations related to III-V based devices and circuits.  Mike holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
